A BIT ABOUT COMPANY HISTORY
History
Our firm was formally founded in 2019 in anticipation of assisting social equity qualified applicants compete for the new Illinois adult use cannabis licenses authorized under the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act. Morreale and Stewart were introduced in early 2019 and decided to join forces each bringing their unique areas of expertise to start the firm, since then the firm has added to the team. With the firms incredible success in Illinois, the Team looks to expand their unique approach to other states as they begin to offer new licensing opportunities.

Winning applications
The firm, on behalf of multiple clients, prepared 30 dispensary applications all of which received perfect scores. Additionally, the firm was successful in assisting multiple clients obtain Craft Grower and Infuser license awards as well as a Transporter License award.
